The Clinical-Year 265 System is one flat price of $3,200 for the full clinical year - no tiers, no upsells. It includes a rotation-by-rotation study plan auto-scheduled to each shelf date, two live clinical-reasoning (case-debate) sessions per week plus a weekly 1-on-1 hour, Board Buddy Step 2 tracking of your reasoning misses, weekly green/yellow/red accountability with a shelf debrief after every exam, and daily cases and question review. We coach you through every shelf and Step 2 CK until you pass.

All six core rotations: Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Psychiatry, and Family Medicine. At the start of each rotation we build a shelf-specific study plan with daily UWorld targets, weekly goals, and practice-exam dates, then track it together through your shelf date - while building toward Step 2 CK the whole way.

Because cramming before each shelf means re-learning the same material five times and walking into Step 2 CK exhausted. Shelf content IS Step 2 content - especially Internal Medicine and Surgery. A longitudinal plan turns every rotation into Step 2 preparation, so by dedicated you're reviewing rather than starting over. Students fail shelves far more often from not knowing what to do each day than from lack of effort - the calendar and weekly accountability fix exactly that.

Mostly questions, not lectures - the highest-yield shelf prep is roughly 80% question review and 20% targeted content. For every missed question we break down what clue was missed, what diagnosis should have been recognized, what management step was being tested, and what pattern should trigger the right answer next time. Then we do rapid review of the highest-yield topics for the shelf you're currently on.

Yes. We build your plan starting from your current rotation and weight the remaining shelves accordingly. If some shelves are already behind you, we fold their content into Step 2 CK review so nothing is wasted.
