How our text message and WhatsApp messaging works.

Program name: Ivy Tutoring Account Notifications.
Ivy Tutoring, LLC ("Ivy Tutoring," "we," "us") sends SMS text messages and WhatsApp messages to clients and prospective clients who opt in on our website at www.ivytutoring.net. Messages cover bookings and booking confirmations, consultation and session reminders, schedule changes, invoice/billing status notifications, and Ivy Tutoring offers.
You opt in by submitting a booking or consultation form on our website and checking the SMS consent checkbox. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Only users who check the consent box receive these messages.
Message frequency varies based on your tutoring schedule and account activity.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel and stop receiving texts from Ivy Tutoring. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming your opt-out. You can re-join at any time by opting in again on our website. To stop WhatsApp messages, reply STOP in WhatsApp or email us.

Enrolled students may be added to a WhatsApp group for their program and to a group with their tutor. Members of a group can see each other’s phone numbers. Anyone can leave a group, or ask us not to be added, at any time; leaving does not affect your enrollment. For students under 18, a parent or guardian consents to group membership and may join the group.
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.
Messages are part of the Services described in our Terms of Service.
We may update these terms; the latest version always lives at this page. Material changes will be communicated via the program itself.
