No one can guarantee an admissions decision and we won’t pretend otherwise — what we promise is honest, expert feedback on every draft you bring us.

Questions before you book

The four things students ask us most before their strategy call.

What actually happens on the strategy call?

It's a focused 15-minute Zoom call with a College Admissions coach.

We review your school list, your deadlines, and what's actually not working in your applications. Then we put a real plan in front of you.

By the end of the call you'll know exactly where you stand, what to fix first, and whether 1-on-1 coaching is the right move. If it's not, we'll point you to free resources and you'll leave with a plan either way.

How much does the Application Season System cost?

College admissions coaching is 1-on-1 and billed by the hour, so you book the help you actually need: your school list, your personal statement, your supplements, or all of it. Most families invest $1,500 to $3,200 over a full application season. We’ll give you the hourly rate and a recommended number of hours on your strategy call.

On the call we make sure it's the right fit for your timeline and your application gap before you enroll. If it isn't, we'll point you to free resources instead.

The strategy call itself is 100% free and there's no pressure to enroll.

Will this actually help me get into my top-choice schools, even if I'm behind?

Yes, that's exactly who we work with. Most of our students come to us with a blank Common App, a deadline closing in, and no clear plan.

Ivy Tutoring was founded by Harvard-trained tutors, with tutors from Harvard and other top universities. We work with students who are behind using 20 hours of 1-on-1 tutoring, live group classes 5 times a week (Monday–Friday) until you’re in passing range (above 75% on an NBME practice exam), and a personalized study plan.

If we don't think we can help you get into your top-choice schools, we'll tell you on the call.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All purchases are final and non-refundable. If Ivy cancels or is unable to deliver a service you paid for and cannot reschedule it within a reasonable time, we will provide a credit or a prorated refund for the undelivered portion. Read the full refund policy.
