Ivy Tutoring, LLC ("Ivy Tutoring," "we," "us") is committed to making www.ivytutoring.net and our tutoring services accessible to people with disabilities. Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We treat this as an ongoing effort and review pages as we build and update them.
2. What We Do
- Use clear headings, readable text and descriptive link text.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Aim for sufficient color contrast and layouts that work on phones and with browser zoom.
- Support keyboard navigation on our own pages and forms.
- Offer help by email or phone for anything that is hard to use online.
3. Known Limitations
Some parts of our website rely on third-party tools that we do not fully control, and these may not meet every accessibility standard:
- Cal.com scheduling and booking widgets;
- Zoom for online sessions and group classes;
- YouTube embedded videos (captions depend on the video);
- Stripe checkout and payment pages.
Older pages, PDFs and blog posts may also not yet fully meet our goal. If anything gets in your way, please tell us and we will help you another way.
