All sales are final and non-refundable. I authorize this charge and agree not to dispute it for services provided or made available; I’ll contact Ivy first with any billing issue (Terms §8).

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see your card number.

Shelf Program FAQ

How does pricing work with several rotations?

It’s $1,999 per shelf. Pick three rotations and you pay $5,997 in one checkout, and you get 10 hours of 1-on-1 for each of the three shelves (30 hours total).

When are the group sessions?

Live Step 2 group sessions run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and you can attend them until you take your Step 2 CK exam. After you enroll we email you the times and the link. Group sessions don’t use any of your 1-on-1 hours.

My shelf date isn’t set yet. Can I still enroll?

Yes. Leave the date blank and reply to your welcome email once you know it. We’ll plan your 1-on-1 hours around it.

What if I’m also preparing for Step 2 CK?

The Step 2 Pass Plan includes 20 hours of 1-on-1 tutoring in total, plus the same live Step 2 group sessions 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) until you take your Step 2 CK exam. It’s built for Step 2 CK itself. If you’re not sure which fits, book a free call on that page.

What happens when I use all my hours?

You can keep coming to the live Step 2 group sessions until you take your Step 2 CK exam. Extra 1-on-1 time can be added in 10- or 20-hour packages, and we’ll always tell you before you run out.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are final and non-refundable. If Ivy cancels or is unable to deliver a service you paid for and cannot reschedule it within a reasonable time, we will provide a credit or a prorated refund for the undelivered portion. If your rotation schedule changes, email hello@ivytutoring.net.
